"So glad to share the excellent customer service that we received yesterday when I contacted Brian Myers' State Farm office to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. "I called State Farm and spoke with their representative, Crystal Batti. She was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable in answering my questions about my car and homeowner insurance policies. I was shopping for price, but keeping my current coverages, and she extended herself by doing much research for me to satisfy my questions. As a result, I changed both my car and homeowner insurances from Geico to State Farm. The 6 month cost for my car insurance was cut in HALF, saving me $300 every six months. My homeowners cost was decreased by $350 a year. She went to bat for me regarding my homeowners as I had a water issue, that was the builders fault but Geico raised my homeowners by $700... State Farm understood this was a builder error not my fault and presented me with an annual fee that is acceptable. This is the first time I have been with State Farm but I do believe with well this known company, the wonderful customer service and reasonable rates I received, I will be staying. Thank you State Farm and Employees for taking Great Care of ME."
